WHAT DOES STYLING INCLUDE?

Let our stylist take responsibilities for sourcing and selection of flowers, desserts, table settings, backdrops, centrepieces, flooring and lighting. Our design decisions create the mood that guests will experience upon entering the venue. Though we must consider the styling budget, our role is mainly concerned with the aesthetics and overall appearance and experience of our clients and the guests of the event.
Our styling fee can vary depending on the work involved and the amount of outsourcing that is required. Where necessary we will use our props in house, where our props are unavailable or we cannot custom make what is required we may need to outsource, this may incur added fees.

CHOOSING A RELEVANT THEME

This may be a colour palette or specific design .If the event has a specific theme, we are responsible for choosing items that bring that theme to life. Mapping out what you want your event to look like, within the budget allocated, you may want to be involved in the step by step process of leave it up to our team of professionals to handle it all.

COORDINATING WITH VENDORS

As we work with the best in the industry we receive a special industry stylist fee, which means you will receive your service at the best possible price, value and quality , that is our satisfaction guarantee.
Desserts: this involves arranging desserts, choosing suitable options (within budget)
Florals: Choice of florals and floral design / styling prior to and at the venue
Balloons: Organising suitable balloon styles that best suit and accentuate the theme.
Use of relevant signage or personalisation.
The styling fee covers our staff to collect or arrange for these items to be brought to and setup at your venue, it also includes the pack down of all items after your event. Our stylist negotiates contracts and makes sure that all relevant vendors are paid and all services rendered up to Luxe Couture Events Industry Standards.
